Our Solution:
A phased approach combining DEI audit and partnering as strategy advisors and workshop facilitators.
We used the Global Diversity Equity and Inclusion benchmarks plus other custom design and assessments.
Our DEI audit included analysing data provided, interviewing leadership and running global focus groups.
Conducted analysis and reported our findings and recommendations to the DEI Committee and Senior Leadership.
Price Global Senior Consultants joined the DEI Committee meetings as advisors for a 3-year period.
We facilitated workshops and strategy sessions where needed and introduced other DEI experts and tools
Workshops included Unconscious Bias and Video Toolkits.
Transformation and Outcomes:
- Senior leadership took more ownership and accountability. The DEI committee had a vision aligned with business goals, a strategy reviewed each year, annual priorities and were engaged as a working group taking responsibility for identified priorities.
- Employee Resource Groups and Business Resource Groups were established.
- Annually, some members of the DEI committee rotated and new comers quickly got up to speed on expectations
- A Chief Diversity Officer was appointed.
- Price Global continued to provide strategy guidance and consulting to the DEI Committee for 3-years.
