Japan’s vision to have more women in the workplace and in management positions by 2020 creates a clear and urgent need to develop women’s potential to fill leadership roles. Yet systematic change is frustratingly slow and there is still much to be done to create unbiased inclusive environments where women’s career development will be nurtured. We believe that the most dynamic and effective way we can support women in stepping up as future leaders is to provide specialist leadership training for women.

Our three day open programmes use a blend of proven methodologies, interactive simulations, applied psychology and cutting edge learning frameworks to build self-awareness of personal strengths, increase confidence, challenge self-limiting assumptions, grow a unique individual leadership style, negotiate the power balance and develop essential influencing and presentation skills.

Our format provides ample opportunities to explore new behaviours, receive one-on-one coaching, and experiment in the moment with role-plays on business situations in an informal single-gender learning environment.

Participants leave our programme fully empowered to enter the workplace with confident leadership strengths and demonstrating authentic leadership presence.
